1. Purpose of the App
RigProfit is a financial tracking and decision-support tool designed for independent owner-operator truck drivers.
The app helps users record loads, expenses, and payments based solely on data they enter. RigProfit does not operate automatically or independently of user input.
2. No Professional Advice
RigProfit does not provide:
- accounting advice
- tax advice
- legal advice
- financial guarantees
All calculations, summaries, and insights are generated from user-entered information and estimates.
You are responsible for:
- verifying accuracy
- consulting qualified professionals when needed
- all business decisions made using the app
3. Accuracy & Limitations
RigProfit is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- accuracy or completeness of calculations
- correctness of results
- profitability or business outcomes
The app is intended to support decision-making, not replace judgment.
4. Data Responsibility
RigProfit stores data locally on your device.
You are responsible for:
- enabling device backups if desired
- exporting your data if you wish to retain copies
- safeguarding your device and access to it
Uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored data unless backed up or exported.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
RigProfit may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective app store.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse or abuse the app
- attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the software
- use the app for unlawful purposes
7. Intellectual Property
RigProfit and all related intellectual property are owned by
Mwanzo Technologies Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RigProfit is not liable for financial loss, lost profits, or business decisions
- Use of the app is entirely at your own risk
9. Termination
You may stop using RigProfit at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
10. Eligibility
RigProfit is intended for use by adults.
The app is not intended for children under the age of 13.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
