RigProfit is owned and operated by Mwanzo Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
RigProfit is designed as an offline-first application. Your financial data belongs to you and remains on your device.
1. Information We Collect
a. User-Entered Data (Stored Locally)
RigProfit allows you to enter data such as:
- expenses
- loads, trips, and mileage
- payments and settlements
- notes
- fixed and running costs
This data is stored locally on your device only.
We do not upload, process, or store this data on our servers.
b. Receipt Photos
If you choose to attach photos of receipts:
- the images are stored locally on your device
- they are linked only to the related expense
- we do not upload, analyze, or access these images
Receipt photos are included only in:
- your device’s backup (if enabled)
- manual exports you initiate
c. Analytics & Diagnostic Data
We collect limited, non-personal information to improve app performance and stability.
This may include:
- app usage events (e.g., feature usage)
- anonymized crash and error reports
- device type and operating system version
This data does not include your financial data, receipts, notes, or load details.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- names, phone numbers, or email addresses (unless you contact support)
- payment card or banking information
- precise location or GPS data
- ELD, driving behavior, or fleet data
- financial amounts, routes, or load details stored in the app
3. How We Use Information
Analytics data is used only to:
- understand general app usage
- identify bugs and crashes
- improve usability and performance
We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Storage, Backup & Portability
All financial data remains on your device.
If enabled, backups are handled by your device’s operating system (such as Google Drive or iCloud). We do not have access to these backups.
RigProfit also allows you to:
- export your complete data
- import previously exported data on a new device
All exports and imports are performed locally on your device.
5. Third-Party Services
RigProfit may use third-party services including:
- Google Analytics / Firebase (for anonymous usage and crash reporting)
- Google Play Store / Apple App Store (for app distribution and billing)
These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
RigProfit is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Rights (US Users)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable US privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act).
Since RigProfit does not store your financial data on our servers, most data-related requests can be fulfilled by uninstalling the app or exporting your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
