Features
RigProfit calculates your true profit, not just load pay minus fuel. Here's the formula:
Load Profit = Load Pay - Direct Costs (fuel, tolls, lumpers)
True Profit = Load Profit - Running Costs - Wear Costs
- Running Costs: Your monthly fixed costs (insurance, truck payment, permits) divided by 30, multiplied by load duration in days.
- Wear Costs: Per-mile costs like tires, calculated as (tire cost ÷ expected miles) × actual miles.
This shows you what you actually take home after ALL costs, not just the obvious ones.
The What-If Calculator lets you check if a load is worth taking before you book it. Enter the rate and miles, and it instantly shows your estimated profit based on your actual costs.

Pro users can track up to 3 active loads simultaneously. This is useful for team drivers or drop-and-hook scenarios where you might have overlapping loads.
Free users can track 1 active load at a time.
